This is a compact inline reduction gear equipped with our company's self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). For example, it can hold a load even if the movement is stopped during the ascent, rotation, or tilting of a device, making it suitable for requests such as wanting to conduct experiments or perform tasks at a stopped position. Due to its lightweight operability, it allows even women and the elderly to easily rotate, tilt, and invert heavy workpieces, contributing to alleviating labor shortages and improving productivity. Additionally, because the input and output shafts are aligned in a straight line (inline), it can be designed to be lightweight, smart, and compact, making it easy to integrate into various devices. The lineup allows for selection of different models based on output shaft torque and reduction ratios, with torque ratings available from 5 to 100 kgm (load × torque arm). Some products are also available in all stainless steel as a cleanroom-compatible option. The basic model features a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust. Furthermore, it can operate and maintain load even without power during emergencies.
